My name is Hanako and I’m a professional pet photographer based in Ottawa, Canada
Hi! I’m so happy you found me!
I will travel to a location of your choice in Ottawa/Gatineau to take pictures of your pets that can then be turned into beautiful and timeless art display.
I am a big rescue supporter and I volunteer my time and skills by taking adoption pictures, holding fundraising events and fostering.
I also donate a portion of my revenue to a local animal rescue of your choice, so you’re helping us make a change too!

As a photographer specializing in pets, I know how to read their body language, how to make them comfortable and most of all, how to have fun with them! Your pet is the star, and with my extensive background working with pets, you can be sure you will all have a good time with me!
I have owned various pets from Saint-Bernards to guinea pigs, used to breed chihuahuas and have competed in dog shows around the world. I have been able to learn a lot about different breeds, which helps me make your pet stand out even more in my photos because I know exactly how they all look and behave.

Who is Kiwi?
Kiwi is my first chihuahua that I got for my 9th birthday after years and years of begging for it. Together we traveled the world, competed in dog shows, earned multiple championships and became best friends.
