Believe it or not, most pups I work with are on a leash as your dog's safety is my #1 priority.
For my sessions, I also offer slip-on leashes used for showing dogs as they are easier to remove in post-processing.
No worries! I have worked with many reactive dogs before, like Nala.
Nala’s foster mom didn’t want to bring her out to a busy park with other dogs, so we had the session around her place. There were no other dogs and the familiar location made Nala feel safe.
Most don’t! If your pet has a severe case of wiggle butt syndrome, I have tips and tricks to work around it. Besides, we want the photos to represent them well, so all I ask of your dog is to be themselves. This is also where action shots come in, so bring those zoomies on!
Kammie was a very good girl, but she wasn't sure how to feel about the beautiful flower crown on her head. I asked her mom to pick her up instead, and it ended up becoming one of my favorite pictures to date!
